Mission of the organization

To assist the development of civil activity and the increase of quality of vital activity of citizens of the city and of the region to live at the level of the European norms and standards.

The purpose of the organization

Establishment of the international integration relations and organization of cooperation in humanitarian sphere for inhabitants of territorial communities of the city and the region with communities of the countries of the European Union.

Tasks and forms of activity of the association

The association in its activity unites highly skilled experts and public figures, professors of high schools, scientists, teachers, students, and youth, leaders of public organizations and initiative citizens, and also public organizations which confess principles of euro integration in their activity.

The association cooperates with the state authorities, establishments of local and regional self-management, with different domestic and foreign nongovernmental public and political organizations, centers of science, business, and trade unions. The association as a collective member can enter different scientific and public associations, including international ones whose purpose answers the Statute.

The association defines its own tasks as:

studying the problems of local and regional management, economy, policy, ecology, law, education and other spheres of a public life of the city and the region;

establishing contacts with national and foreign public nongovernmental organizations, development and realization of mutual socially significant programs for regional community;

analysis of positive experience of transformation of power and economy in the European countries and adaptation of changes into the regional environment;

initiation of successful changes and assistance to introduction of an intellectual product into practice of territorial management; distribution and popularization of experience of democratization on other regions.

The basic priorities of activity of The Association are:

the mutual projects with foreign organizations and the international non-profitable activity;

noncommercial marketing activity;

scientific researches and publishing;

information services;

organization of training and consultation;

innovative activity in sphere of realization and corrections of strategy of development of the city and the region;

charities.

Specific directions of the Association's activity:

international cultural-educational activity on exchanging of families, students and children under programs of expansion of national diplomacy's potential;

research activity: carrying out economic, ecological, political, social marketing, cultural, legal researches, organization and carrying out of scientific, practical and methodical conferences, the analysis of a condition and prospects of development of an economic complex of the city and the region;

assistance of the development of local and regional self-management: mutual realization of programs of self-management's development, ethics of power, quality of management and public services for the population;

social-economic and ecological-economic monitoring of environment;

assistance to development health resort recreational and tourist recreational complex of the region;

carrying out nature protection and nature recreational actions, realization of ecological public examination of socially important business projects;

educational activity: retraining (training for a new profession) of workers of controls, business; the organization of the educational center - School of leaders;

giving consulting services to three sectors of a society: authorities, business, nongovernmental public organizations (NPO);

marketing non-profitable activity: advertising, promotion, propagation, directed on creation of attractive image of the city and the region, including investment, and attraction of investments;

organization and carrying out of political marketing, management, audit.

For realization of authorized tasks the Association can be engaged in publishing, according to the established current legislation. With the purpose of maintenance of realization the specified tasks, the Association carries out other activity that corresponds to the purpose and tasks of Association and does not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.
