THE FLAG OF THE EU AT THE FIRST TIME - IN BERDYANSK!
There were behind perfect days which have been spent on a forum AGORA 2003.
What was remembered and what I have taken away with myself to Ukraine?
Firstly, spirit of AGORA 2003, free and liberated, directed on a unification of youth and increase of its role in the modern world.
Secondly, creative laboratories, where we studied to understand and to feel each other, to work like the command. The commands of politicians can build the new architecture of uniform Europe. Many methods of work in groups we shall use by all means at our organization « the European way».
Thirdly, the participation in a forum has allowed one more time to search for the answer to a question: why Ukraine not walks in a leg with incorporated Europe. In my point of view, in achievement of membership of Ukraine in EU it is necessary the mutual steps, among which I would name the following:
The right of Ukraine to receive the status of the associated country: as east neighbour Ukraine plays the big role in Europe, rather than friendly countries of Northern Africa;
Change of character of the help from ÅU, directed on integration of Ukraine to the family of the European peoples;
Assistance to departure of the Ukrainian citizens in the countries extended ÅU;
Development of the program of the grants for young ukrainians (students, post-graduate students, young scientists);
Exchange of youth;
Support of not governmental organizations.
In - fourth, for me the opening of Italy became performance of long-awaited dream. I have fallen in love with Italy still at home, studying a history, geography, culture. Impressions from participation in a forum in Italy, certainly, weight. The most important are people: smiling, kind, hospitable, open people. Seen - charm of the resort town, where all is stipulated for the rest and entertainments, Adriatic sea, palm, sun, cosy streets - all creates an atmosphere of hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised from warm reception rendered to us as on the part of the organizers of a forum, and family of my Italian girlfriend Francesca Bonometti.
I will remember for a long time the minutes , when on the end of the program the president of organization ACLI Cristian Carrara has handed a flag of EU with words of hope, that Ukraine will begin to sparkle by one more asterisk in family of the European countries.
A flag of ÅU we have placed at office of our organization in the club "Contemporary".
I want to address to all young people of Europe. Look at the world around yourself. Don't just sit - acting! Put the high purposes, apply efforts, achieve their achievement. A road will master going!
